Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedHR Coordinatorto join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the implementation of corporate HR policies and initiatives at the business unit or division level. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to resolve complex HR issues and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

• Participate in enterprise-wide HR programs such as salary reviews, stock renewals, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

• Analyze HR data and trends to develop proactive solutions and process improvements.

• Facilitate training sessions and presentations to support employee development and engagement.

• Coach and influence leaders to foster a high-performance culture.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate or matrixed environment.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.

• Proven ability to resolve complex problems using sound judgment and a systematic approach.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
