Collaboration Week reflects our belief that flexible, purposeful work thrives on connection. Once a month, our Columbus team gathers in-office (Tues–Thurs) to build relationships, solve problems, and grow in a culture of care. Dates are shared in advance so you can plan ahead.

McKesson’s new hire orientation, the McKesson Experience (McKeX), is an in-person event designed to build connection, purpose, and belonging. New team members engage in informative sessions, career workshops, site tours, community service, and they get a chance to connect with our 10+ Employee Resource Groups.
