The Sr. HR Business Partner Project Manager will deliver impactful HRBP support and drive strategic projects within the Customer Operations organization. This dual-focused role ensures alignment between business and people strategies while managing key projects from conception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to lean into both the HRBP and Project Management space, leading business-critical projects and initiatives for the Customer Operations team to meet desired outcomes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering:
Collaborate with senior leaders to drive the people agenda, focusing on talent development, leadership, communication, organizational performance, and strategic planning.
Integrate strategies and solutions in partnership with HR Centers of Expertise and Shared Services.
Facilitate discussions on talent and culture for future organizational growth.
Provide guidance on change initiatives and act as a problem-solving partner.
Develop and analyze data to support workforce planning and people strategies.
Project Management:
Lead and manage projects aligned with business objectives and people initiatives by creating detailed project plans.
Engage and align key HR partners and stakeholders on project expectations, critical decisions, timing, and impact to ensure successful project delivery.
Deliver innovative HR practices around critical business issues through effective project management.
Collaborate in a matrixed organization to leverage enterprise-wide capabilities and secure broad buy-in on project goals, objectives, and resources.
Support and lead organizational transformation and change, showcasing leadership in times of ambiguity and complexity.
Influence successful project outcomes by working closely with key partners such as legal, talent management, talent acquisition, HR Operations, compensation and benefits, and finance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
5 years of HRBP experience in a large, high-execution organization preferred.
3+ years of project management leadership and experience.
Experience supporting senior leaders across multiple functions as an HR business partner.
Critical Skills:
Strong ability to navigate and influence within a complex, matrixed organization.
Quick learning and information assimilation to apply to projects and initiatives.
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of delivering results and building strong, trusting relationships.
Demonstrated strategic, critical, analytical, and innovative thinking skills.
Strong change management, talent management, and consultative experience.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
