This position will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of warehouse operations including safety, training, quality assurance, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, replenishments, material handling equipment (MHE) maintenance and repair, outbound order fulfillment, and inbound receiving to ensure customer satisfaction. This role will also provide leadership and support to direct reports as well as working closely with management on special projects. The ideal candidate would have experience in warehousing or distribution center operations and knowledge of supply chain processes.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure all associates are trained on warehouse processes, safety procedures, and product information.
• Oversee daily operations, including managing personnel schedules, work assignments, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain accurate records of products received and distributed.
• Manage relationships with carriers, brokers, and other third-party logistics providers.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the facility.
• Coordinate with corporate departments to resolve issues related to billing, customer service, or product returns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and develop strategies for long-term success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience in warehouse management or operations; retail management experience preferred.
Experience managing people, including hiring, firing, conducting performance reviews, and resolving conflicts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
Ability to multitask across several projects while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication skills (oral and written), attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Availability to travel occasionally for business purposes.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
