The Associate Program Manager will ensure a professional and service oriented work environment by monitoring performance, motivating and developing their case management and administrative team members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve required performance objectives. In addition to supporting the operations team, The Associate Program Manager will also support the Program Manager in the strategic and technical development of the PSP as well as with client relations. The Associate Program Manager must be well versed in Patient Services offerings, organizational procedures, Contact Centre technology and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:Guide and motivate the case management team, ensuring compliance and tracking performance.
Call Handling:Conduct program-related calls monthly to stay updated and manage workload.
Relationship Building:Foster growth and success among staff.
Policy Compliance:Understand and communicate policies; ensure adherence.
Program Support:Assist in program development, issue resolution, and provide feedback on quality and process improvements.
Resource Management:Oversee scheduling and resource allocation; address workforce management issues.
Staff Supervision:Evaluate team performance, conduct training, and monitor call quality.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records, develop SOPs, and support CRM management.
Client Relations:Aid in contract negotiations and quarterly business reviews.
Risk Management:Collaborate with QA to address risk incidents and quality concerns.
Technical Support:Stay current with technology and assist with troubleshooting.
Minimum Qualifications:
Typically has 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities
Education:
Preferred degree in healthcare or life sciences.
Critical Skills
Minimum 3 years in PSP or management; reimbursement or Contact Centre experience preferred.
Skilled in scheduling and workforce management.
Technical competence in Contact Centre technology and MS Suite.
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Professional conduct and creative problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:Competitive package based on performance, experience, and skills. Includes base pay ($75,000 – $80,000) and potential bonuses.
