Key Responsibilities

LMS Administration & Support

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the LMS, managing site configuration, security roles, and landing page design.
  • Maintain and manage learning catalog, ensuring quality, version control and proper access.
  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor learner progress, course completion, and system usage.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot LMS-related issues for end users and stakeholders via ITSM platform (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Collaborate with HRIS to ensure data integrity and alignment.

System Optimization & Technical Support

  • Lead testing and implementation of system upgrades, releases, and enhancements.
  • Author documentation for LMS processes, procedures, and training.
  • Monitor system integrity, availability, and security roles.
  • Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve complex issues and apply updates

eLearning & Content Development

  • Lead and manage LMS-related projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational learning strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments to gather requirements, share updates, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.
  • Review and optimize course content for consistency, accessibility, and learner engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and instructional design standards.
  • Upload and configure learning materials within the LMS, verifying functionality, metadata accuracy, and compliance with SCORM standards.

Qualifications

Education & Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Learning & Development, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience

  • 4+ years experience managing or supporting Learning Management System (LMS) (Cornerstone preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years experience providing admin and help desk support
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms and tools (e.g., SCORM, xAPI, AICC standards).
  • Experience with video/audio editing tools
  • Familiarity with web conferencing software and Smartsheet.
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to HR and business leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Innovative self-starter with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and ability to build trust across the organization.
  • Background in instructional design, eLearning development or education technology
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for LMS customization and troubleshooting

Additional Skills & Knowledge:

  • Cornerstone certification preferred

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$83,500 - $139,100
