Relevant de la Directrice de la logistique entrante de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, l'analyste en logistique entrante joue un rôle actif dans l'amélioration globale de l'efficacité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour les activités liées au département des opérations d'approvisionnement. Il/elle/iel est responsable de la performance en matière de réception et de logistique entrante. Il/elle/iel met en œuvre les meilleures pratiques et stratégies en matière de processus de logistique entrante, ainsi que de gestion des commandes et du flux de produits entre les fournisseurs et les centres de distribution. L'analyste en logistique entrante collabore étroitement avec les principales parties prenantes internes et externes, notamment l'équipe nationale de transport, la planification de l'approvisionnement, les promotions, la gestion des catégories de bannières, les opérations des centres de distribution, la performance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, les partenaires logistiques (3PL) et les transporteurs, afin d'assurer une livraison ponctuelle et un taux de remplissage élevé. Le titulaire du poste soutiendra la mise en œuvre de nouveaux outils, de technologies de l'information, de processus et d'indicateurs de performance pour accroître l'efficacité.
Section A – Responsabilités spécifiques
Logistique entrante – Gouvernance (65%)
Sur la base des tendances, identifie les causes profondes des inefficacités des activités entrantes au centre de distribution (CD) en analysant les fluctuations des livraisons, en supervisant les réceptions prioritaires afin d’atténuer les impacts sur les niveaux de service, en collaborant avec les transporteurs, les fournisseurs et/ou les opérations des CD.
Analyse et mesure l’efficacité de la logistique entrante, évalue les risques et développe des améliorations durables, reproductibles et quantifiables.
Par le biais du processus SIOP, favorise une communication optimale et une visibilité avec les opérations des CD afin d’assurer la livraison ponctuelle des produits. Collabore avec les opérations des CD pour s’assurer que les activités entrantes sont alignées avec les capacités des CD.
Fait le lien entre ses CD régionaux et les autres équipes des opérations d’approvisionnement pour mettre en lumière les opportunités d’amélioration.
Se tient informé(e) des meilleures pratiques commerciales afin d’établir des données de référence et des processus pour l’amélioration continue des procédures opérationnelles et la performance efficace des activités entrantes.
Collabore avec les équipes de planification de l’approvisionnement et d’optimisation des stocks pour ajuster les paramètres de réapprovisionnement lorsque nécessaire afin d’améliorer la ponctualité et l’efficacité des réceptions.
Initie des initiatives d’amélioration continue dans sa région afin de maximiser l’efficacité des réceptions entrantes.
Participe à des réunions interfonctionnelles pour représenter la logistique entrante et/ou les opérations d’approvisionnement.
Performance de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (35%)
Contribue au respect des lignes directrices de la chaîned’approvisionnement par les parties prenantes internes et externes.
En partenariat avec le département de la performance de la chaîned’approvisionnement, soutient le processus SCAR (demandesd’actions correctives aux fournisseurs) en participant à la préparation des tableaux de bord de performance des fournisseurs et enréalisant des analyses de tendances sur les activitésayant un impact sur les indicateursclés de performance (ex. : livraison à temps, exactitude des quantités, disponibilité des produits).
Appuie les évaluations des fournisseursen collaboration avec l’équipe de performance de la chaîned’approvisionnement et propose des plans d’action pour améliorerleur performance.
Favorise la collaboration et mobilise les parties prenantes dans la recherche et la mise enœuvred’améliorations de processus pour gérer les MCS (mesures correctives fournisseurs).
Autres
Maintientuneconnaissancepertinente des processus logistiques et de la chaîned’approvisionnement, et resteinformé(e) des tendances et conditions du marché et de l’industrie.

Formation
Baccalauréatenchaîned’approvisionnement, administration des affaires, gestion des opérations, génie industrielou discipline connexe.
Une expérience dans le commerce de détail, de gros ouen entrepôt constitue un atout.
Compétences techniques
Parfaitementbilingue, avec uneexcellentemaîtrise de la communication d’affaires écrite et orale.
Bonne connaissance des produits Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio et PowerBI).
Connaissance des principes fondamentaux de la chaîned’approvisionnement.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Inbound Logistics, the Supply Chain Inbound Logistics Analyst, is an active contributor to overall supply chain efficiencies for activities pertaining to the Procurement Operations Department, and is responsible for receiving and inbound performance. He/she/they is responsible for implementing best in class practices and strategies related to Inbound Logistics processes as well as order and product flow management from suppliers to distribution centers. The Supply Chain Inbound Logistics Analyst works collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders, including the National Transportation Team, Supply Planning, Promotions, Banner Category Management, DC Operations, Supply Chain performance, 3PL and Carriers to ensure prompt on time delivery and high inbound fill rates. The incumbent will support the implementation of new tools, information technology, processes, and metrics to drive efficiency gains.
Section A – Specific Responsibilities
Inbound Logistics – Governance (65%)
Based on trends, identifies root causes of inbound activities inefficiencies at the DC by reviewing inbound fluctuations, overseeing priority receiving to mitigate impacts on service levels by liaising with Carriers, Suppliers and/or DC Operations.
Analyzes, and measures the effectiveness of Inbound Logistics, assesses risks, and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements.
Via the SIOP, encourages optimal communication and visibility with DC Operations to ensure ontime delivery of products. Partner with DC Operations to ensure inbound activities align with inbound DC capacities.
Acts as a liaison between his/her/their regional DCs and other procurement operations teams to highlight improvement opportunities.
Stays informed of best-in-class business practices to establish benchmark data and processes for continuous improvement of business procedures and efficient performance of inbound activities. •
Collaborate with Supply Planning and Inventory Optimization teams to adjust replenishment parameters where necessary to improve on-time and receiving efficiency.
Initiate Continuous Improvement initiatives within its regional focus to maximize Inbound receiving efficiency.
Attends cross-functional meetings to represent Inbound logistics and/or Procurement Operations.
Supply Chain Performance (35%)
Contributes to the adherence to the Supply Chain Guidelines by internal and external stakeholders.
In partnership with Supply Chain Performance department, support the SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Requests) process by contributing to the preparation of supplier performance scorecards and performing trend analysis on activities that impact key performance metrics (i.e. on-time delivery, quantity accuracy, product availability)
Supports Supplier reviews in collaboration with Supply Chain Performance and proposes action plan to improve Supplier performance.
Drive collaboration and mobilizes stakeholders in seeking and implementing process improvements to manage MCS from suppliers.
Other
Maintains relevant business and logistics knowledge of supply chain processes and stays abreast of market and industry trends and conditions.
Contributes to the organization’s objectives by coaching his/her/their regional DCs to a culture of excellence.
Acts as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values.
Section C – Position Requirements
Working Experience
4+ years of experience in logistics, operations, inventory management and/or procurement.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
Retail/Wholesale/warehouse experience an asset.
Technical Skills
Perfectly bilingual, both written and spoken business communication.
Good knowledge of MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio and Power BI).
Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals.
