Position Summary

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative at Health Mart Atlas!

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment? Health Mart Atlas is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! As the first point of contact for our valued members, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Hours Of Operation:Monday through Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm Eastern.

Shifts are 8 hours per day with work schedules determined by business needs and assigned during training.

Work From Home Position

Our Customer Service Representatives work from home but do have the option to work onsite. Our preferred candidates will live within 50 miles of the office in case of service outage. Team members come into the office each month for meetings, special events and additional specialized training as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Communication Management (60%)

  • Respond to calls and emails from Health Mart Atlas pharmacies.

  • Address Managed Care needs such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement queries.

Outbound Follow-Ups (30%)

  • Conduct outbound calls to resolve open issues.

  • Return voicemails and participate in call campaigns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)

  • Work closely with other departments to communicate contract updates, industry news, and trends to our members.

Minimum Requirements

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional Communication Skills – Ability to articulate clearly and effectively with members/internal teams.

  • Customer Service Excellence – Strong commitment to delivering prompt/accurate replies to customer inquiries.

  • Time Management & Follow-Up – Skillful in managing multiple tasks, ensuring timely follow-up on open issues.

  • Team Player – Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to enhance member experience.

Critical Skills

  • Proficiency in the entire MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc. 

  • Detailed knowledge of systems – SAP, Verint, Cisco Finesse, Salesforce, Workday. 

  • Proven successful in managing competing priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.  

  • Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis.  

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Success in a work from home environment preferred. 

  • Previous call center experience preferred.

  • Pharmacy Tech experience preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid/remote work environment – Las Colinas, TX area.

  • Must be authorized to work in the US unrestricted – This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$17.63 - $29.38
