Position Summary:
McKesson is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager to lead and evolve the administration of contracted costs for McKesson Brands products. This role is pivotal in driving profitable sales growth by ensuring that appropriate guiding principles, based on customer spend, class of trade, and strategic value, are applied to the evaluation of requests from our Sales Representatives for discounted pricing. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Analysts responsible for managing and executing contracted cost requests.
- Partner closely with Sales Executives and Sales Leaders to provide timely, data-driven pricing support that aligns with business goals and strikes the appropriate balance between revenue growth and margin retention.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of cost administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Leverage advanced analytics and digital tools to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on pricing trends, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric thinking within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional
experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience - 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, analytics, or a related function.
- Prior leadership experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to balance speed with thoughtful analysis in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of innovation and process improvement implementation.
- Customer-service orientation with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Experience with digital tools and platforms; familiarity with advanced analytics and data visualization tools is a plus.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
