Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals?
Our Richmond Post Acute Inside Sales Team is looking for its newest superstar to help us grow and serve our customers with excellence!
What You’ll Do:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy—connecting with new prospects, reactivating dormant accounts, and expanding relationships with existing clients. You’ll sell essential healthcare products like incontinence supplies, gloves, med cups, and more—all while making a real impact in the post-acute care space.
Your Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
Proactively reach out to prospects via phone and digital channels.
Convert cold leads and win-back inactive accounts.
Prepare quotes, negotiate deals, and close sales with confidence.
Stay sharp on industry trends and vendor offerings.
Account Expansion
Deepen relationships with existing customers.
Identify growth opportunities and upsell relevant products.
Re-engage lost or declining accounts within your territory.
What You Bring:
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of inside sales or related experience.
Basic Required Skills:
Proven success in territory growth and prospecting.
Cold calling expertise and account management experience.
Strong multitasking and customer service skills.
Additional Preferred Skills:
Self-motivated and disciplined in a hybrid work-from-home model.
Competitive, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Confident phone presence and ability to articulate value.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, and EDI platforms (e.g., Brightree, VGM, Scan Manager).

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position:
32.06 - 53.43Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.
