We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Financial Shared Services & Solutions Department, specifically aligned with Enterprise Credit and Accounts Receivable. In this role, you'll harness your analytical prowess to transform data into actionable insights, enhancing our financial operations and supporting effective decision-making across our enterprise. Key Responsibilities:
SQL Expertise:Utilize Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract and analyze data from various databases and external systems, empowering both internal leadership and operational workstreams with data-driven decisions.
Dashboard Development:Spearhead the creation of advanced dashboards, reports, and models using Power BI and other visualization tools, unveiling insights into portfolio performance, resource allocation, and investment outcomes.
Data Integrity Champion:Establish and advocate for robust data integrity protocols. Collaborate with IT and business units to uphold data quality standards across systems.
Process Optimization:Identify opportunities to optimize and automate reporting processes. Stay abreast of BI and analytics trends, introducing best practices to elevate the organization’s data maturity.
Trend Forecasting:Lead efforts to predict trends and model portfolio performance using advanced statistical methods and business scenario analysis
Minimum Requirement:
Degree or Equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of experience
Educational and Preferred experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT/IS, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, ideally in a shared service space
Critical Skills:
Power BI:Working knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and creating impactful visualizations for both executive and operational audiences.
SQL Proficiency:Intermediate knowledge of SQL for complex querying, data extraction, and transformation across multiple platforms.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Proven ability to partner across IT, finance, and business units to deliver actionable insights driving strategic decisions.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
