McKesson Replenishment Specialist Position Overview
This position at McKesson, a Fortune 10 healthcare company, is for a Replenishment Specialist role that focuses on inventory management and supply chain operations. The role appears to be based in a distribution center environment where the specialist will be responsible for ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained through various replenishment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and managing new replenishments
- Maintaining the inventory management webpage
- Resolving errors in the replenishment system
- Performing manual replenishment when needed
- Researching missing inventory issues
- Verifying product quantities and details
- Communicating with leadership and replenishment personnel
- Managing canceled pick trips
- Directing associates to prioritize urgent replenishment tasks
- Preparing daily End-of-Day (EOD) reports
Schedule Details
The position requires working Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, with overtime as needed.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 3+ years of related experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to handle significant amounts of data accurately
- Certification (or ability to become certified) on Order Picker and Reach Truck equipment
- Detail-oriented approach with understanding of inventory integrity importance
- Proficiency with basic PC applications including MS Office Suite, RF web page, and E1 system
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities
- Technical expertise to serve as the "go-to person" for webpage error resolution
