Nous recherchons un Conseiller talentueux en Communications d'Entreprise qui sera responsable de la planification, du développement et de l'exécution des activités et des campagnes de communication répondant aux besoins de McKesson Canada et de ses différentes unités commerciales. Le candidat retenu travaillera avec de multiples parties prenantes corporatives et des unités commerciales pour élaborer des plans de communication réfléchis qui sont alignés sur nos priorités commerciales et y contribuent. Le candidat est un rédacteur solide, un penseur créatif et démontre de fortes capacités dans les domaines de la gestion de projet et de la planification stratégique.

Le rôle relève du Directeur des Communications et rejoint l'équipe sous la direction du SVP, Stratégie et Innovation de McKesson Canada.

Responsabilités

  • Planifier, développer et gérer des projets et initiatives de communication stratégique pour soutenir les besoins en communication de diverses unités commerciales et fonctions.

  • Agir en tant que responsable des communications sur divers projets, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de projet et les dirigeants. Développer des stratégies de communication intégrées, des plans et des messages pour soutenir les objectifs commerciaux, et exécuter ces plans.

  • Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance auprès des dirigeants d'entreprise sur des questions complexes, en proposant des solutions via des plans de communication.

  • Rédiger, réviser et éditer une variété de documents de communication convaincants destinés à plusieurs publics à travers divers canaux de communication (présentations, courriels d'exécutifs, discours, vidéos, points de discussion, articles de bulletin et intranet, etc.)

  • Travailler en collaboration avec d'autres membres de l'équipe de communication pour contribuer aux objectifs de l'équipe de communication.

  • Travailler avec des ressources internes et externes pour exécuter des campagnes intégrées à fort impact, y compris le développement de contenu et les promotions via des canaux internes et externes.

  • Contribuer aux rapports statistiques relatifs aux principaux canaux internes (accès aux pages, chemins, vues de page, clics, taux de rebond, etc.) et recommander des changements et des ajustements, si nécessaire.

  • Interagir avec l'equipe américaine de McKesson Canada.

Exigences du poste

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat minimum en communications ou dans un domaine connexe 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en communication

  • Bilinguisme (français / anglais)

  • Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en révision

  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à établir de solides relations tant en interne qu'en externe

  • Capacité à interagir avec les dirigeants et à maintenir la discrétion avec les informations confidentielles

  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office ; expert avec les outils de gestion de contenu : Adobe Pro, Alchemer, Staffbase (suivi des courriels) et Google Analytics Orienté vers les résultats, avec un fort sens du service à la clientèle Autonome avec une forte capacité à prioriser, jongler avec plusieurs projets en même temps et gérer les priorités changeantes.

  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps ;

  • Attention aux détails, couplée à un sens aigu de la vue d'ensemble

  • Capacité à travailler et à s'épanouir dans un environnement rapide, à fort volume et collaboratif.

Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Advisor, Corporate Communications who will be responsible for planning, developing and executing on communications activities and campaigns that support the needs of McKesson Canada and its various business units. The successful candidate will work with multiple corporate and business unit stakeholders to develop thoughtful communication plans that are aligned with and contribute to our business priorities. The candidate is a solid writer, creative thinker and demonstrates strong abilities in the areas of project management and strategic planning.

The role reports to the Director, Communications, and joins the team under the leadership of McKesson Canada’s SVP, Strategy and Innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and manage strategic  communications projects and initiatives to support communications needs of various  business units and functions.

  • Act as a communications lead on various projects, working closely with project teams and executives.

  • Develop integrated communications strategies, plans and messaging to support business objectives, and execute these plans

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on complex issues, offering solutions via communications plans.

  • Write, revise and edit a variety of compelling communication material intended for several audiences through various communications channels (presentations, executive emails, speeches, videos, talking points, newsletter and intranet articles, etc.)

  • Work in collaboration with other members of the Communications team to contribute to Communications Team’s objectives

  • Work with internal and external resources to execute high impact integrated campaigns including content development and promotions through internal and external channels.

  • Contribute to statistical reports relating to key internal channels (page accesses, paths, page views, clicks, bounce rate, etc.) and recommend changes and refinements, when needed.

  • Interact with counterparts at McKesson Canada’s U.S. parent company.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in communications

  • Bilingualism (French / English)

  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • Team player and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally

  • Ability to interact with executives and maintain discretion with confidential information

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office applications; expert with content management tools: Adobe Pro, Alchemer, Staffbase (email tracking), and Google Analytics

  • Results-oriented, with a strong customer-service ethic

  • Self-directed with strong ability to prioritize, juggle multiple projects at one time and handle shifting priorities.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; Attention to detail, coupled with a keen sense of the big picture

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume and collaborative environment

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$82,400 - $137,400
