Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS), part of McKesson’s CoverMyMeds business segment, is at the forefront of digital healthcare advancement. We are committed to redefining how consumers interact with health care products by providing accessible and affordable solutions. Founded and operated by a team of pharmacists and software engineers, our software-as-a-service (SaaS) products provide collaborative, cost-saving solutions for purchasing prescription drugs. We are currently seeking a forward-thinking, passionate, and driven Product Manager with a digital-first mindset and ability to integrate financial considerations into decision-making. This role is pivotal in the planning and launch of products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that our digital healthcare solutions meet consumer satisfaction goals and are aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will define the product vision and collaborate with leaders across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver market-leading products.
*Candidate must reside in the metropolitan area of our hub city Columbus, OH area. Position will primarily allow for remote working with occasional in-office support for presence for key meetings.

Strategic Vision: Define and manage a strategic product roadmap that aligns business objectives with customer value, emphasizing digital engagement
Market Insight: Continuously evaluate market needs and the competitive landscape, focusing on digital accessibility, affordability, and user interaction

Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams from product discovery through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Financial Strategy: Support the development of product pricing strategies that consider revenue and profitability goals
Advancement and Enhancement: Identify market needs for product enhancements, ensuring progressive solutions that meet digital standards
Communication: Articulate product direction and business needs across all levels of the organization, tailoring messages for diverse audiences
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize product data, analytics, and customer research to prioritize initiatives and define success metrics
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Master’s degree preferred), and a minimum of 4 years of successful experience in product management, strategy, development, or business integration
Demonstrated experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, SaaS technology, and data analysis
Strong background in technology environments with expertise in data integration, analysis, and application

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with MAC including Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Emotional Intelligence: High level of emotional intelligence to navigate complex team dynamics and customer interactions

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
