Section C – Position Requirements

Working Experience

• 4+ years of experience in logistics, operations, inventory management and/or procurement. Education

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

• Retail/Wholesale/warehouse experience an asset. Technical Skills

• Perfectly bilingual, both written and spoken business communication.

• Good knowledge of MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio and PowerBI).

• Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals.

Other Skills and Capabilities

• Demonstrates the ability to solve complex problems and create effective and innovative solutions in order to develop solid strategies

• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, focused, rigorous, and committed to meeting deadlines

• . Strong ability to handle multiple activities at the same time and operates under pressure to meet aggressive timelines.

• Demonstrated ability to perform in a cross-functional team environment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
