We are looking for:
A Strategy manager with an interest and ambition in the broader healthcare sector. As part of McKesson’s Corporate Strategy & Business Development team (CSBD), you will be responsible for developing and deploying strategies to protect and grow the enterprise. CSBD operates at the highest levels within the organization and, as such, we are seeking a high-performing, ambitious Manager who will support the identification, evaluation, and communication of strategic opportunities across the organization.Critical thinking, attention to detail and excellent Executive presence are also valuable skills for success in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
The CSBD Manager will be tasked with supporting CSBD and business unit teams in delivering high-priority strategic projects that advance McKesson’s distribution and retailcompetitive positions to achieve better health outcomes for all.
Responsibilities for the role may include:
Articulate end-to-end value proposition and service / product offering integrating McKesson physical and virtual / digital assets based on patient insights, market data and internal assets & capabilities
Identify gaps in delivering end-to-end patient experience and develop strategy to bridge gap – identify and evaluate potential partners, acquisition targets and/or develop internal growth strategies
Develop strategic insights to drive business leadership decisions
Supporting inorganic growth opportunity (M&A) exploration and supporting transactions
Conducting external research / data gathering and analysis
Collecting and analyzing market data
Managing and supporting strategic projects independently and delivering high-quality work products for successful completion
Collaborating with stakeholders and building relationships across the enterprise
Creating high-quality presentations / deliverables for various internal and external audiences
Adding to CSBD’s knowledge base from your prior experience
Ability to be recognized as a thought leader
Contributing to the strength of CSBD’s team culture and community
Critical Skills & Attributes:
Work experience:+ 5 years of prior experience in fields related to strategy, healthcare or management consulting orrelevant industry experience. Management Consulting experience HIGHLY desired

Establishing collaborative working relationships with diverse stakeholders
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, including but not limited tobusiness, finance or other relevant field
Masters of business administration (strongly preferred)
Physical Requirements
Role is based in the Mississauga office, following a hybrid, ‘Office as a Destination’ approach (averaging 1-2 days a week in the office)
Occasional travel (~10%)

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
