This position will work in a fast-paced, challenging environment to provide support to internal and external customers by utilizing strong communication skills to resolve customer service issues within the scope of policy. This position requires a high level of flexibility as it relates to cross training on multiple functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
- Maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult situations and/or people
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Interact professionally with all levels of management and staff
- Multi-task and problem solve under pressure
- Meet attendance and punctuality requirements
- Operate computer systems, telephone systems, copiers, fax machines, etc.
- Provide feedback to other departments regarding areas of concern or improvement
- Manage confidential information effectively
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Intermittent responsibility for On-Call Phone one week at a time
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirement
Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
Education
Associate’s degree preferred
Location
Candidate must live within 70 miles of the LaVergne, TN location.
Critical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required; experience with Sales Force and SAP a plus
- 1+ years’ experience in a call center environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with pharmaceutical products a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Good decision making skills
- Flexible schedule to accommodate changing business needs
