Job Description:

Supports facilities staff by performing maintenance duties such as conveyor maintenance, minor maintenance of office equipment, electrical projects, and light construction. Works with outside contractors and vendors on facilities and equipment repairs, General Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and operations maintenance for all equipment used in the Distribution center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the PM maintenance schedule based on the requirements of each device.
• Ability to identify worn or damaged parts and replace them.
• Perform maintenance duties such as conveyor maintenance, minor maintenance of office equipment, electrical projects, and light construction.
• Lubricate, oil, and clean devices as specified in their maintenance manual.
• Improve quality and efficiency on the production floor.
• Works with outside contractors and vendors on facilities and equipment repairs
• General Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and operations maintenance for all equipment used in the Distribution center environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience

Critical Skills:

• 3 +years’ experience in an industrial environment working with machinery or conveyance
• Must have substantial understanding of the job and apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

• KSA areas: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC/R, Power Transmission, Conveyance, Programmable Logic Controllers, Pneumatic/Hydraulic Systems, Powered Industrial Trucks, Electronics, Warehouse Automation
• The ability to read electrical schematics
• Must have the ability to review work orders in the CMMS program
• Some knowledge of tension, belts, and chains.

Preferred Requirements:

• A trade certification or associates degree in a related field is

Working Conditions:

• Production environment
• Closely monitored and legally compliant regulations

Physical Requirements:

• 100% standing, bending, lifting, and climbing.
