Job Summary:
Responsible for the strategy development and direction of the enterprise data operations team. This organization oversees the creation & maintenance of all customer, material & supplier functions for all North American business units (PSaS, CMM & Canada). They will be responsible for all operational policies, goals, performance standards/metrics, and budgets for the MDM data operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of master data management principles, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve data excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the data operations organization.
• Responsible for developing and implementing policies, processes, goals and performance standards to ensure quality & timely master data.
• Provide guidance and support to senior leaders across the enterprise on matters related to customer, material & supplier data.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of both direct & indirect team members as well as Genpact members.
• Oversee the SOX & SOC efforts for all data domains. This includes all testing, walk throughs, mitigation efforts and quarterly sign offs.
• Partner with key business units, including sales executives, procurement, finance, product management and IT to understand data requirements and ensure alignment.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related data field.
• Minimum of 13 years experience leading teams in developing and implementing strategic plans preferably in the data management space.
• Experience working with senior leaders across an enterprise to develop and implement strategic plans supporting key initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of policies, processes, tools and techniques supporting data management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
