Position Summary:Join our fun and innovative HR team as an Executive Assistant! You'll play a key role in making our team more effective by leading exciting projects, planning engaging events, and ensuring we focus on what matters most. You'll support the SVP of Human Resources for Pharmaceutical Solutions and Services (PSaS) and the HR team, making a real impact every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the go-to person for HR administrative support for our Senior Executive.
Use your knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures to keep things running smoothly.
Be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Manage complex calendars and travel schedules with ease.
Show off your flexibility and problem-solving skills by adjusting and prioritizing schedules based on last-minute changes and requests.
Stay organized and analytical, using your strong business judgment and communication skills.
Build great relationships with team members, business partners, EAs, and other senior executives across the company.
Work with other teams and external parties like customers and vendors.
Help create and presentations that engage our team members and stakeholders
Coordinate logistics for team and executive off-site meetings, including travel arrangements, selecting locations, vendors, amenities, and handling meeting-related expenses.
Occasionally travel and provide on-site support for large-scale and/or Executive meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas that will delight and engage- and help bring the meetings to life through logistics management and coordination.
Minimum Requirements:
8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives, customers, visitors, and other stakeholders.
Critical Skills:
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience pulling, synthesizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Ability to think systematically, evaluate, simplify, and improve processes to achieve desired outcomes.
Experience managing complex projects, including building and maintaining project plans and effective stakeholder management to achieve results on time and on budget.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, format, etc.) and PowerPoint (creation and editing).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including executives.
Additional Knowledge & Skills:
HR experience with foundational knowledge in HR practices and processes is a plus.
Experience using Workday and other HR systems and tools is preferred.
Education:
HS Diploma, Vocational Training, Professional Certification, or Equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
