The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a broad range of site activities to proactively meet the business’ needs.
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with Distribution Center leaders to provide support including (but not limited to) employee onboarding, training, policies and procedures adherence, project management and various administrative functions.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5 PM PST
Job Description
- Provide administrative support to leaders, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes
- Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees
- Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory
- Order and oversee office supplies and food deliveries for group meetings
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Managing budgets and expenses
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
- Comfortable handling confidential information
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1+ years administrative support experience
- Calendar management experience.
- Experienced with filing, organizing, and general paperwork demands.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, PPT, etc.) Suite
Additional Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent, professional intrapersonal skills, face to face, over the phone, and via email
- Experienced with filing, organizing, and general paperwork demands.

- Advanced organization and time management skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization; build trust and maintain strong business relationships.

- Must be creative and innovative.
