Key Responsibilities in Detail

• Perform maintenance, modifications, troubleshooting, and repairs on complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems throughout the distribution center
• Provide comprehensive electrical support for facility equipment including conveyors, A-Frames, printers, strappers, compressors, and other automated technologies
• Apply electrical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
• Take initiative in learning new systems and equipment
• Lead and train other facilities assistants
• Develop and maintain relationships with equipment vendors

Work Schedule Options

• Sunday-Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in maintenance/electrical work
• Experience working with voltage and AC/DC circuitry troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of LOTO (Lock Out/Tag Out) procedures and OSHA regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent trade certification
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new equipment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Flexibility to work various hours in a 24/7 operation
• Comfort with standing, sitting, walking, and performing general labor
• Ability to use ladders, scissor lifts, and fork trucks
• Willingness to climb up to 4-story heights in a warehouse environment
• Capability to carry and operate laptops and handheld devices
