Position Description
The role of Sr. Associate Data Quality Analyst involves maintaining data accuracy and integrity within our systems. This position requires utilizing advanced technology to address complex data challenges, ensuring that data quality meets high standards. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving, contributing to the continuous improvement of our data quality processes. This role is essential in collaborating with stakeholders and business intelligence engineers to uphold the reliability and accuracy of our data and reports.
Starting Pay is between $72,000 to $75,000 based on skills and qualifications for this role in the Woodlands, Texas area
Key Responsibilities
- Data Quality: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by developing and implementing robust data quality processes.
- Report Quality & Verification: Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI) activities to verify the accuracy and reliability of reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, business intelligence analysts, data engineers, and internal tools developers to understand data requirements, address quality issues, and improves processes.
- Data Analysis & Validation: Utilize SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI to analyze and validate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements in data quality processes and methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
Critical Skills
- Power BI Skills: Ability to create Power BI reports and dashboards to support quality initiatives.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Excellent collaborative skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and business intelligence engineers.
- Medical Claims Revenue Cycle: Have a thorough understanding of the revenue cycle of medical claims.
Additional Knowledge and Skills
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with medical industry trends and competitive products.
- Medical Infusion Operations: Through understanding and knowledge of medical infusion operations.
- Lean Six Sigma: Proficient in applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies for quality improvement and operational excellence.
