We’re looking for a dynamic candidate to play a crucial role in supporting the product marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive product growth, engagement, and sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product partners, and creative to ensure our marketing campaigns are executed accurately and timely. We value self-starters who are solutions-oriented, motivated to achieve results by collaborating in a matrixed environment, and driven to create effective marketing solutions for our suppliers and customers. This position sits on the Product Marketing team within the Marketing and Sales Enablement organization. The ideal candidate for this role will be marketer with passion for learning and executing. Brings strong analytics, highly collaborative, and a creative problem solver. Successful candidates are excellent project managers, highly analytical, exceptional organization, and can work comfortably in a fast- paced environment. The ability to work efficiently and effectively on several initiatives concurrently will be critical. The position entails considerable interaction with cross-Marketing team members, Sales, and other departments within McKesson Medical-Surgical and across the enterprise.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
- B2B and/or B2C Marketing or Agency experience

- Do your best work collaborating across multi-functional teams and external partners
- Have 2+ years relevant experience executing strategic marketing initiatives
- Possess strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Have experience creating and executing marketing campaigns
- Preferred experience with Salesforce.com and project management programs such as Workfront
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or similar relevant degree, required

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
