Job Summary
As the Senior Analyst, you will support the transformation of reporting capabilities as part of a CRM system replacement initiative. This role is part of the Criterion Reporting Workstream, a high-visibility program focused on migrating and rebuilding all operational, client-facing, and strategic reports impacted by the CRM change.
You will work cross-functionally with client services, data governance, IT, and reporting developers to drive the gathering, documentation, prioritization, and delivery of business reporting needs across multiple business units, including Patient Support Programs (PSP), Specialty Pharmacy, and Clinical Services.

Work Arrangement:This is ahybrid positionrequiring candidates to workon-site at least 2 days per weekat our designated office location. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.
Specific Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagements to gather and clarify reporting requirements impacted by the CRM replacement across internal operations and external pharmaceutical clients
- Conduct detailed assessment and classification of existing Power BI dashboards, SSRS reports, and data table feeds, to determine rebuild, redesign, or retirement based on CRM field mapping and reporting value; Work with the analytics lead and program management to sequence reporting rebuilds by business impact and criticality
- Lead stakeholder interviews to determine critical data feed logic and SSRS configuration, and translate those into updated Power BI or tabular feed requirements
- Maintain a comprehensive reporting asset registry, tagging each deliverable by type, business owner, frequency, location and CRM dependency
- Create and prioritize reporting work packages by report type (dashboard, SSRS, feed), urgency, and business/contractual impact
- Collaborate with Data Governance and Data Engineering to ensure data products align with enterprise data definitions and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with business units to map end-to-end reporting workflows from data entry in the CRM to reporting outputs
- Translate reporting requirements into business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for developers
- Support creation of data feed specifications in collaboration with IT and commercial data teams
- Design and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for newly built dashboards and reports; Coordinate with business owners and client services on report validation and sign-off
- Provide training, documentation, and transition support for end-users as legacy reports are sunset
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in Business Analysis or Reporting Analysis, preferably in enterprise system transformation projects.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, SSRS, Excel-based reporting environments, and analytics documentation tools.
- Demonstrated experience supporting CRM-driven reporting rebuilds or reporting workstreams during platform replacements or upgrades.
Key Competencies
- Experience supporting or collaborating with external clients, client services teams, or business units with SLA-based reporting.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare service delivery (PSPs, pharmacies, clinics) is an asset.
- Excellent communication, project management and documentation skills; experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
