Equipment Management Specialist

Role Overview: Join our team as an Equipment Management Specialist, where your focus will be ensuring our clients are delighted with our project and service management. You will be the frontline go-to person for managing client relationships, coordinating closely with our Biomed sales team, and ensuring projects run smoothly according to agreed timelines. You will also play a key role in developing new client projects and spotting growth opportunities. Your collaboration with various teams—project management, operations, services, support, and customer care—will be crucial in achieving shared goals.

Who You Are: You are someone with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role. You possess outstanding customer service phone skills and thrive on providing support to customers. Your educational background (a degree or equivalent experience) has equipped you with essential business knowledge. You know your way around data analysis tools like Excel and project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum are nice-to-have skills but not required. Your excellent critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and knack for teamwork make you a reliable and adaptable team player. Plus, you have a strong desire to learn and grow continuously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and compile reports to keep clients informed.

  • Monitor and report on equipment statuses and inventory levels.

  • Identify issues and communicate them to the right departments.

  • Collaborate with IT to enhance report development for asset management.

  • Provide online training and refresher courses for customers as needed.

  • Create and update guides to support effective business practices in all areas

  • Be ready to work overtime if needed.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $26.74 - $44.56
