Responsible for assisting in the resolution of incoming customer service calls/emails by providing timely, accurate information to customers or resolving issues as appropriate within department guidelines.
Salary: The target budget for this role is at $20/hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with internal staff and external customers in a professional manner
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures based on experience and knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures regarding customer interaction and data security
- Maintain HIPAA compliance standards
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirement
Typically requires 1+ years of related experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Critical Skills
- Minimum one (1) year experience working directly with customers
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Demonstrated effective time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to change
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- SAP experience desired but not required
