We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Sr. Associate Client Service Rep to provide customer satisfaction through day-to-day GPO/Corporate Customer support, problem identification and resolution. The ideal candidate will have thorough working knowledge of internal systems, analysis, research and contract compliance. You will provide support and assistance to multiple Account Managers and will possess the ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple system platforms and display a digital mindset and adhere to data governance.
Key Responsibilities
Proficient in extracting/auditing customer compliance data from MCK mainframe/SAP, to include, but not limited to; Excel and SAP as well as Snowflake and Power BI. Extracting data from MCK and customer specific databases.
Identify and implement process improvements on our internal 340B Account Set up process.
Handle research, reconciliation and negotiations of account issues including report out at an executive level.
Resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner that provides the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Account Set-up for 340B Covered Entity/Contracted Pharmacy business mode.
Analysis and report out as needed. HIBCC/HRSA Coordinator. Oversees relationship with multiple Distribution Centers.
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
Critical Skills
Minimum 2+ years related experience in customer service or accounting/financial entity or 2 to 3 drug wholesale experience in customer facing role.
Technical aptitude (Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint; Business Objects, SAP, Process improvement)
Ability to work independently and prioritize work efforts to focus on highest value-added activities.
Ability to meet or exceed defined customer service levels that directly influence the department's achievement of targeted customer satisfaction goals.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Subject matter expert (SME) knowledge on 340B Process, including knowledge of accounts and contracts.
