Current Need

We are seeking a business-centric Technology Regional Vice President to drive technology integration & Practice Success for large medical practices that rely on our full-stack technology services to deliver care to cancer patients. This role is instrumental in integrating advanced technology solutions and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will have direct responsibility for practice technology operations and digital roadmaps determined by practice needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the development and execution of a digital transformation strategy that supports the technology ecosystem for our oncology practice partners.
  • Customer-Centric Technology Integration: Manage technology roadmaps and projects that align with practice needs.
  • Technology Integration: Support the deployment of innovative technology solutions to improve clinical workflows, enhance patient outcomes, and streamline administrative processes.
  • Support Excellence: Lead direct support and cross-functional teams to meet deliverables and deadlines while supporting best practices in IT governance, cybersecurity, data management, and healthcare regulation compliance.
  • Executive Collaboration: Foster relationships with Practices and collaborate with senior leaders to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Customer Interaction: Assist in managing technology changes through virtual meetings and onsite visits to oncology practice locations, ensuring implementation effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Resource Management: Provide counseling to Practice leadership in managing their IT budget, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated and technology solutions are cost-effective and valuable.
  • Talent Management: Support efforts to attract, recruit, and retain top talent, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience in technology management, program management, or business integration.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on digital transformation and operational excellence.

Critical Skills:

  • Experience in leading customer relationships centered around technology integration and digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare clinical settings or retail front door environments.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and data security standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic technology plans that align with organizational goals
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
  • Demonstrated ability to convey sophisticated ideas and influence customers and colleagues at an executive level.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

General office environment with occasional travel to customer locations.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$154,600 - $257,600
