As a forward-looking HR Business Partner supporting CoverMyMeds Technology, the incumbent will collaborate closely with executive leadership to provide strategic HR solutions. The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting and driving the facilitation and implementation of comprehensive and inclusive HR services, including People Strategy Development, Organizational Design, Talent Management, and Change Management.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership and Change Management
Partner with Technology leaders to understand the multi-year technology modernization roadmap. Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies to support employees through organizational transformation.
Collaborate with senior HR leadership to execute strategic HR initiatives within the Technology division. Act as a change agent to drive HR transformation and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to align policies, practices, and procedures across the Tech organization, reinforcing the unified application of CMM HR and Enterprise HR best practices. Deliver HR services to Tech Leadership resulting in a seamless point of contact to the broader HR organization.
Employee Engagement & HR Lifecycle Ownership
Enhance employee engagement and retention by fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within CMM Technology. Regularly engage with Leadership, Project Teams, Councils, and employees to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improving the employee experience. Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology Leaders and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and resolving workplace issues.
Support the Centralized hiring process by working closely with Talent Acquisition and Business delegates to ensure hiring strategies align with the specific needs of the Technology division. Participate in the interview process as needed, offering guidance to hiring managers on best practices for candidate evaluation and selection.
Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that cater to both internal transfers and new external hires, ensuring they quickly acclimate to the company culture and their specific roles.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations set by Enterprise HR and/or Legal. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to make sound recommendations to Tech Leaders. Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics and inform decision-making processes. Provide insights and reports to senior management on workforce trends and challenges. Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that require HR expertise
Performance Management and Development
Leverage core performance and development process to facilitate regular performance reviews and check-ins. Promote the use of development plans that help employees identify career aspirations and the skills needed to achieve them. Reinforce utilization of recognition programs that celebrate achievements and contributions.
Partner with Leadership to develop action plans that address concerns and enhance employee satisfaction. Support career-pathing and succession planning efforts to build a future-ready workforce.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Specialized knowledge/skills
Proven track record in facilitating change initiatives, empowering leaders to navigate and implement effective change management strategies successfully.
Renowned for serving as a trusted advisor and guide, consistently providing leaders with insightful and strategic counsel to enhance organizational growth.
Extensive experience in harnessing data analytics to equip leaders with actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong relationship building and change management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, project management, communication, problem solving, and influence skills.
Collaborative, experienced with supporting stakeholders and team members in a matrixed environment.
Experience managing sensitive and confidential cases.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
