Job Description

This position is responsible for building the skills and knowledge for customer-facing team members at Macro Helix. This role will lead the design and implementation of new employee orientation and ongoing skills and knowledge development programs. The Sr. Manager, Training will also develop online and instructor-led course content, ensure the instructional integrity of all programs and courses, and partner with key stakeholders to collaboratively create and deliver industry and business content.

  • Strategic training planning and development: design and implement Macro Helix training strategy aligned with business goals. Identify training needs, set objectives, develop comprehensive training programs through various methodologies to improve employee skills, knowledge, and performance

  • Training program management: oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure training initiatives are effective and delivered on time and in scope.

  • Leadership: lead and mentor training team. Set performance goals, provide feedback, use the ICARE + ILEAD principles to drive high-quality outcomes for the team.

  • Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with senior leaders, SMEs, and key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives meet organizational needs and support strategic imperatives. This includes communicating training plans, outcomes, and ROIs.

  • Continuous improvement: measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and data analysis. Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and overall training effectiveness.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Critical skills

  • 340B experience required.

  • 7+ years training experience consisting of instructor led training (ILT) sessions, in person, webinars, podcasts, and video conference.

  • Previous experience supporting customer-facing employees and peers, both formally and informally, in developing their skills and abilities.

  • 1+ years’ previous customer support or account management supervisory or management experience in 340B, Retail Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical, Specialty, or other related industry.

  • Experience with online learning platforms and related technologies (e.g., HTML, Articulate, Captivate, Flash, Cornerstone (or other LMS) Microsoft Office skills required.

Additional skills

  • Proven ability to lead effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Deep knowledge of adult learning methodologies.

  • Excellent facilitation skills.

  • Excellent writing, critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$94,500 - $157,500
