Operations SupportCurrent NeedWe are seeking a business coordinator for the Central Fill as a Service (CFaaS) business in Memphis, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by serving as primary customer contact, providing day to day account support and issue resolution:
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to provide issue resolutions and de-escalate customer concerns
  • Coordinate with 3rd party couriers to proactively identify, communicate, and resolve customer shipping issues
  • Periodically review transactions for accuracy and initiate updates, adjustments, and credits as neededOversee customer facing SLA’s to ensure all response and notification timelines are consistently met

2. Implementation and Onboarding:

  • Support CFaaS Director of Pharmacy Services to provide an efficient, accurate, and cost-effective customer implementation and onboarding experience:
  • Support CFaaS Director of Pharmacy Services to create customer onboarding plan and timelines
  • Partner with teams across the Enterprise to ensure all implementation milestones are achieved (Master Data, Sales, Contracts, Credit, PSaS DC Ops, etc.)
  • Oversee customer account creation and setup (Salesforce, SAP setup, pricing leads, and invoicing)

3. Inventory Support:

  • Work closely with the local CFaaS team to provide support across a broad range of activities to proactively meet business needs:
  • Maintain inventory, supplies and, equipment, and other facility expenses within budget and to meet customer expectations
  • Assist in daily / weekly monthly inventory reconciliation
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:30 pm. Overtime as required

  • 1+ years of related experience

Critical Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in all forms (verbal, written, and listening)
  • Prioritization skills to balance the needs of internal/external customers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Analyzing Data

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Pharmacy knowledge a plus

    Our Base Pay Range for this position

    $15.38 - $25.63
