Strategic Leadership and Development:
- Develop and oversee the strategy for the enterprise customer master domain.
- Frequent collaboration with business unit leaders to understand their strategic objectives and ensure alignment within MDM.
Master Data Operations:
- Develop and oversee implementation of all operational policies, goals, performance standards/metrics for the enterprise customer domain.
- Provide strategy to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data through robust validation processes and continuous monitoring.
- Partner with key business units, including Sales executives, Procurement, Finance, and IT, to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional forums to address data-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Accountable for customer satisfaction, service offerings, and managers / employees for the customer domain. Ensures manager accountability for direct reports.
Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of both direct & indirect team members as well as Genpact employees supporting each BU’s data initiatives.
- Provide strategic leadership to identify skill gaps, provide training & development opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities in data management and governance.
- Develop a continuous improvement mindset within the organization with a focus on collaboration, and accountability.
IT Prioritization & Change Management:
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to promote data-driven decision-making and foster a culture of data stewardship.
- Instill a change leadership mindset throughout the organization.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure master data compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to master data management.
- Responsible for any data mitigation needs for the enterprise customer domain.
- Identify and ensure all risks are mitigated with continuous data quality and governance monitoring.
- Oversee the SOX & SOC efforts within the MDM tower. This includes all testing, walk throughs, mitigation efforts and quarterly sign off.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
