The Associate Project/Program Manager will support a multi-disciplined real estate team  with programmatic and project support for commercial, corporate, and medical facilities (oncology/nuclear medicine) from business strategy, through concept development, scoping, sourcing, construction to activation/occupancy, and ongoing operations. Key project delivery focus areas include task management, documentation and information management, document routing, tracking, budgeting, forecasting and other duties in support of end-to-end portfolio and project management, and department functionality.

Project Management Support

  • Supports managers in creation of project documents for all aspects of project delivery.
  • Supports Delivery Portfolio Director and PMs in providing project data management, retrieving data, organizing, and manipulating for task requirements and archiving for future use.
  • Interact regularly with all service lines in addition to internal and external partners to ensure success for both the project and the team.
  • Supports PMs in developing and implementing action plans to correct variances. Anticipates and responds to the client and project team’s needs and concerns.
  • Provides support in creation of sourcing/procurement documents and tracks them through approval to provide timely execution of project goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks concurrently

Portfolio Planning & Management

  • Manages queries from clients, including coordination with contributing team members, to provide timely and accurate responses
  • Primary interface between clients and Lease Administration team, to address lease information requests
  • Understanding of E2E project management and related lease functions (TIA process, use clause, work letters)
  • Ability to read a lease and understand general lease clauses (self-help, Renewals, termination)

Reporting, Dashboards, & Analytics

  • Track and report key project information to ensure PMs ability to forecast project health, risk, budget and schedule.
  • Oversees the preparation of accurate, timely, and complete reports
  • Team administration ownership and execution
  • Process improvement methodologies and effective change management experience
  • General understating of systems administration

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management experience in the capital delivery/real estate realm.  Experience in medical/commercial sectors preferred.

Critical Skills/Business Experience:

  • “Self-starter” attitude with the ability to excel in dynamic work environment
  • Collaborative nature and ability work cross functionality
  • Attention to detail, good at tracking and seeing things through to completion Strong communication (listening, oral and written) and facilitation skill Strong project management knowledge in developing and supporting project management planning. Ground up construction and renovation experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems and create a program to support solutions and compliance.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Demonstrated ability to bring organization and structure when encountering ambiguity.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Practical knowledge of sourcing, contracts, and project management.
  • Process and results focused, with a passion for client satisfaction, sustainability, quality, and innovation.
  • Champions new ideas and initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical approach with the ability to independently set and deliver on deadlines and solve problems as they occur
  • Curious nature; motivated to seek out industry/market insights applicable to client’s business
  • Excellent resolve and composure addressing the most urgent real estate issues.
  • Ability to work independently in demanding situations with minimal supervision while maintaining corporate standards and using sound judgment. 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Nice to have:  Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Certified Cost Controls (CCC) or other related training or certification denoting project management skillsets is beneficial

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $60,200 - $100,400
