Program Overview

McKesson’s Intern program is 10-12 weeks long, and is designed to provide:

  • A real-life working environment

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a thorough understanding of HR functions within a leading healthcare services company. The HR Intern will work closely with our Sr. HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and support various HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience for our Distribution Center (DC) teams

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize McKesson programs to leverage data and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
    • Assist with analyzing and interpreting data trends and employee survey results.
    • Collaborate with Sr. HR Business Partners to provide data-driven recommendations to the business.

  • Project Collaboration:
    • Work with Sr. HR Business Partners on various projects and initiatives to support the employee experience.
    • Assist in the administration of the quarterly performance calibration process and talent review processes.
  • Governance and Documentation:
    • Provide governance support to the HRBP team.
    • Create documentation of key HR processes to ensure consistency and compliance.

  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the HRBP team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingualism with English and French is strongly preferred.

Résumé du Poste :
Nous recherchons un Stagiaire en Ressources Humaines dynamique et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe des Ressources Humaines. Ce stage offre une excellente opportunité d'acquérir une expérience pratique et de développer une compréhension approfondie des fonctions RH au sein d'une entreprise leader dans les services de santé. Le Stagiaire RH travaillera en étroite collaboration avec nos Partenaires d'Affaires RH (HRBP) Senior et soutiendra diverses initiatives et projets RH visant à améliorer l'expérience des employés de nos équipes du Centre de Distribution (DC).


Responsabilités :

Analyse de Données et Rapports :

  • Utiliser les programmes de McKesson pour exploiter les données et aider à la préparation de rapports et de présentations.
  • Aider à l'analyse et à l'interprétation des tendances de données et des résultats des enquêtes auprès des employés.
  • Collaborer avec les Partenaires d'Affaires RH Senior pour fournir des recommandations basées sur les données à l'entreprise.


Collaboration de Projets :

  • Travailler avec les Partenaires d'Affaires RH Senior sur divers projets et initiatives pour soutenir l'expérience des employés.
  • Aider à l'administration du processus trimestriel de calibration des performances et des processus de révision des talents.


Gouvernance et Documentation :

  • Fournir un soutien de gouvernance à l'équipe des Partenaires d'Affaires RH.
  • Créer une documentation des principaux processus RH pour assurer la cohérence et la conformité.


Support Administratif :

  • Fournir un support administratif général à l'équipe des Partenaires d'Affaires RH selon les besoins.


Qualifications :

  • Actuellement en train de poursuivre un diplôme en Ressources Humaines, Administration des Affaires ou un domaine connexe.
  • Compétences analytiques solides avec la capacité d'interpréter les données et de fournir des informations exploitables.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et interpersonnelles.
  • Fortes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et collaborative dans un environnement rapide.
  • Le bilinguisme en anglais et en français est fortement préféré.

Career Level – IC Business Support – B1

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $17.90 - $29.03
