CoverMyMed's (CMM) Data & Analytics is seeking an innovative and dynamic Manager, Reporting & Business Intelligence to lead a team that supports CMM's Patient Support Center.This pivotal role involves leading a team dedicated to delivering accurate and timely business performance reports to key stakeholders. We are looking for a strategic leader who can empower their team to leverage data analysis to enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and develop a team of reporting analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

  • Align the team with business objectives, providing regular updates on progress and achievements.

  • Offer technical guidance to the team, aiding them in data access, manipulation, and preparation. Utilize tools like Tableau to transform complex data into user-friendly dashboards and reports.

  • Partner with colleagues, stakeholders, and senior leaders to identify and prioritize critical projects, seeking opportunities for operational enhancement through data trends.

  • Oversee and conduct ad-hoc research projects to support strategic decision-making.

  • Stay abreast of the latest industry developments in reporting and business intelligence.

MinimumRequirements:

Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 6+ years of professional experience and 0-2 years of supervisory experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Critical Skills: 

  • 5+ years' experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong preference for candidates with contact center and contact center reporting data experience.

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, particularly with teams of analysts or developers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau and/or Power BI.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • The ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally with teams and on impactful projects.

  • Deep understanding of data manipulation and visualization principles.

  • Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$90,000 - $150,000
