Job Summary: This position will oversee inventory operations for a distribution center, ensuring efficient management of inventory levels and product flow. The supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates and implementing strategies to optimize inventory accuracy, shipping times, and overall operational efficiency.

You'll play a key part in training, problem-solving, and maintaining equipment, contributing directly to our mission of saving lives. You'll collaborate with coworkers, lead by example, and manage operations during our night shift from 9 PM to 5:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday.

2. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate in planning and directing night shift operations to ensure seamless distribution center activities.
• Motivate and lead your team to maintain high morale and work standards, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Support training initiatives and manage employee performance to maximize team potential.
• Control expenses and work towards reducing employee turnover and overtime hours.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment and vehicles are well-maintained, and uphold exceptional housekeeping standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local company policies in all warehouse operations.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.

3. What We’re Looking For

• Experience in operations or warehouse management, with a proven track record of leading teams effectively.
• Ability to work night shifts, from 9 PM to 5:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues at the root level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support team collaboration and morale.

• Technical proficiency in warehouse management systems and tools.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
