The Bulk Case Pick Supervisor will oversee the efficient and effective operations of the bulk case picking process within our warehouse. This role involves managing a team of pickers, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Schedule: 10 am - completion Monday - Friday Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of bulk case pickers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure orders are picked accurately and efficiently, meeting all customer and company standards.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, order fulfillment, and employee performance.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of order accuracy.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and operated safely, reporting any issues to maintenance as needed.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions (e.g., hot, cold, noisy).

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$55,500 - $92,500
