McKesson Specialty Health is seeking a highly motivated and competent Senior Pricing Analyst to support the McKesson Specialty Health organization.  The Senior Pricing Analyst will possess strong analytical skills and experience to provide problem solving and financial decision-making by analyzing pricing and profitability reports for products and customers.  This key pricing position will provide a wide variety of statistical and analytical reporting services and will report to the Senior Manager of Provider Pricing. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pricing for Oncology customers by analyzing and approving price requests for the sales group
• Financial analysis of product and customer profitability
• Provide thought leadership and innovation for process improvements
• Prepare and distribute Pricing reports to Sales and Finance leadership
• Gathering and analyzing data to prepare customer pricing
• Support the Pricing Manager in key pricing initiatives to drive profitability
• Build effective cross functional relationships within the company (Marketing, Finance, Sales, Contract Management, etc.)

Minimum Requirement

Degree and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education

BS/BA in Finance or related field

Critical Skills

• 4+ years in a pricing or analytical capacity or similar financial analysis
• Must possess advanced Excel skills with query and complex spreadsheet development. 

Additional Skills

• Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point) products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to respond to growing/changing business needs. 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Knowledge of Finance practices is a plus
• Healthcare experience not required but a plus
• Experience with SAP software would be a plus

Salary:70,900.00 - 94,500.00 - 118,100.00 USD Annual
