This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic initiatives to meet department/business goals and objectives. Utilizing an enterprise wide mindset, this individual will be responsible for managing customer and manufacture programs, across all segments. This individual will need to pull large data sets utilizing SQL and analyze the data for trends and opportunities to assist with inventory positions. This role will serve as a primary interface with McKesson’s internal groups, including but not limited to Product Management, Generic Operations, and Distribution Experience to ensure proprietary programs meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Development of additional strategic programs to meet key business goals or customer requirements via data analytics.  Partner with strategic business owners to identify goals and objectives.  Co-present the purpose and goals of each initiative to key business partners to build trust.
  • Manage the existing customer and manufacturer programs to continue meeting business goals. Develop and distribute reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage ad hoc requests received by the shared mailbox and complete analysis and responses within the determined SLA.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal McKesson teams and develop solutions to quickly respond to and resolve customer issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education

4-year degree in business, finance, marketing, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience

Critical Skills

  • 2+ years experience in areas such as operations, product management, purchasing, marketing/sales, and or finance
  • Strong relationship building and strategic partnering skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data and information to evaluate business opportunities.
  • Process Improvement mindset
  • SQL – Knowledge a plus
  • Power BI is a plus
  • Masters degree is a plus

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$94,500 - $157,500
