Job Description: As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst specializing in People Analytics, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and workforce metrics to deliver impactful insights and recommendations. You will collaborate with People Analytics consultants and cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that enhance talent acquisition, retention, and overall employee performance. Your analytical solutions will contribute to shaping our workforce strategies and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to visualize workforce data and trends.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, correlations, and insights that drive strategic decision-making in areas such as recruitment, retention, diversity, and employee engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with the People Analytics Consulting team to understand analytical needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Data Analysis:
- Implement advanced statistical techniques to support workforce planning and optimization efforts.
- Develop predictive models to forecast workforce trends and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing and monitoring data quality standards and governance practices.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in people analytics and BI, and integrate best practices into existing processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role, with a focus on HR or people analytics.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, workforce analytics, and talent management practices.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making through data-driven insights.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
