About the Role:

Cloud Modernization and Execution: 

Lead the development and implementation of a cloud modernization strategy for MT Enterprise Apps Connectivity/EDI solutions to Cloud program that aligns with the organization's goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Service Leadership: Lead and manage a team of service leads, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence aligned to McKesson’s ICARE and ILEAD valuesProvide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure professional development and growth. 

  • Customer Experience and Engagement: Champion initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and responsive experience across all digital and physical commerce touchpoints. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Integration: Foster strong collaboration with various departments including EITP and Cyber to ensure alignment of initiatives and elevation of critical dependencies.

  • Architecture and Technology Delivery Excellence: Provide guidance and thought leadership on best practices for technical product development, solution design, technology delivery, and cloud architecture – in order to be accountable for consistent standards of excellence in execution.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Requirements: Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience).

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics (or similar), or related field. 

Critical Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with technology standards - B2B, EAI, EDI, sFTP, AS2, Java

  • Experience with technology frameworks - TOGAF, ITIL, CMMI

  • Experience with Azure Cloud transformation/migration

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing modernization strategies 

  • Strong leadership skills, with extensive experience in managing and developing cross-functional teams. 

  • Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. 

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Knowledge of modern cloud architecture, experience designs, tools, and best practices

  • Excellent in managing a diversified team of FTEs and Vendor resources

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$174,900 - $291,500
