McKesson is seeking a FP&A Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis responsibilities and support our Biosimilar product line as well as support the Health Systems segment. This person will lead month-end close and forecast activities, annual budgeting and long-range planning. The Finance Manager is a trusted business partner to the leadership team who can leverage resources across the organization to produce actionable insight for strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly close and forecasting including production of management reports and variance analysis to provide insight on the results
- Development of the annual budget and long-term plan
- Work with key partners to understand market dynamics and build financial models
- Influence stakeholders
- Perform other duties as required
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 6+ years of relevant experience.
0-2 years of supervisory exp.
Education
4 year degree in finance or related field or equivalent experience
MBA preferred
Critical Skills
- 6+ years accounting, finance, finance analytics or similar experience
- Must have strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong Excel or Power BI modeling skills
- Effective business partnership with the ability to influence decision makers
- Ability to lead and balance multiple projects in various stages of completion
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Thorough knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Prior FP&A experience preferred
- SAP and BW COPA
- BPC preferred
- SQL preferred
- PowerBI
Salary: 94,500.00 - 126,000.00 - 157,500.00 USD Annual (15% MIP)
