As we continue to expand and grow, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Operations Manager to join our talented team.

As the Senior Product Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of product strategies, fostering collaboration across various organizational functions, and leading transformative change initiatives. You will be responsible for evolving our product development lifecycle, driving efficiency, and enhancing overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Partnership:

  • Ensure coordination between product and engineering teams for capacity planning and common ways of working across product verticals
  • Masterfully contextualize and apply product discovery and delivery frameworks, models and associated techniques to amplify cross-functional collaboration and generate differentiated results.
  • Act as a key liaison between product development, engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration, resolve conflicts, and prioritize initiatives that support product goals.
  • Champion a culture of transparency and accountability, promoting cross-departmental understanding and cooperation.

Strategy Deployment

  • Collaborate closely with the product management team to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes of the product organization to streamline workflows and improve product delivery effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute plans to align the goals and deliverables of the product operations team with company objectives.

Change Leadership:

  • Lead change management efforts related to product initiatives, anticipating challenges and proactively implementing solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Drive organizational change by advocating for process improvements, introducing new methodologies, and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams during periods of transition, inspiring confidence and buy-in for change initiatives.

Performance Optimization:

  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of product operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Analyze data and insights to make data-driven decisions and maximize operational effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor industry best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in product operations management within a tech product company or similar environment effectively leveraging product and delivery frameworks at scale.
  • Demonstrated expertise in deploying strategic initiatives and driving organizational change.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management and product development tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$109,500 - $182,500
