Se rapportant au Chef Principal, Revenus Fournisseurs, l’Analyste, Facturation et Revenus Fournisseur, est responsable de l’efficacité de la gestion, l’analyse et la résolution de problèmes lié à la facturation et de toutes les réclamationscontestées par le fournisseur pour réduire les pertes financières.Dans ce rôle, l’analystesera responsable de travailler avec de nombreux domaines et niveaux fonctionnels différents au sein de l’entreprise, de résoudre les problèmes critiques de facturation et / ou des exceptions et de maintenir des relations efficaces avec les deux contacts internes et externes tels que les clients, les gestionnaires de projet et les gestionnaires de comptes.  

Responsabilités spécifiques

  • Responsable de superviser les activités de facturation dans BU spécifique système ERP spécifique.

  • Responsable de superviser le processus de facturation et de formuler des recommandations pour améliorer le processus.

  • Responsable de percevoir les montants impayés et d’analyser et de résoudre tous les litiges des clients.

  • Soutenir notre fournisseur externe et coordonner les commentaires avec différentes unités d’affaires.

  • Enquêter et répondre à toutes les demandes formulées par nos partenaires internes afin de soutenir la prise de décisions et les négociations commerciales stratégiques.

  • Développer et entretenir des tableaux de bord,déterminer les indicateurs de performance pour évaluer le rendement et repérer de façon proactive des futures pertes potentielles.

  • Responsable des activités de clôture de mois liées aux courus et provisions de revenus fournisseurs, incluant la réconciliation au Grand Livre

  • Établir et entretenir des relations positives avec les fabricants, l’équipe des achats stratégiques et opérationnels et d’autres partenaires internes.

Exigences du poste

  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finances 

  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience

  • Excellente connaissance des programmes Office, particulièrement Excel 

  • Bilingue français et anglais (écrits et parlés)

  • Compétences analytiques solides

  • Orientation client

  • Esprit d’équipe avec de fortes aptitudes en communication interpersonnelle

  • Axé vers le détail, autonome et organisé 

  • Habileté de travailler avec une grande base de données

Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supplier Revenues, theVendor Billing and RevenuesAnalystwill be responsible for working with many different functional areas and levels within the company, resolving critical billing issues / exceptions and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external contacts such as Clients, Project Managers and Account Managers

Specific Responsibilities

  • Responsible to overseeany processesimprovement or cost reduction efforts and make recommendations.

  • Responsibleto collect outstanding amounts and analyze and resolve all disputes from customers.

  • Supportoutsource provider and coordinate feedback with different business owners.

  • Investigate and respond to all requests made by our internal stakeholders to support decision making and strategic business negotiations

  • Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

  • Responsible for month-end closing activities related to vendor’s accrual and provision chargebacks, including GL reconciliations.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers, Strategic and Operation Procurement team and other internal departments.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 3 to 5 years of experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot table, Power Query)

  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) 

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Customer focus

  • Team player with strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, autonomous and organized

  • Ability to work with large database

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$56,300 - $93,800
