The Product Strategy & Supplier Partnership (PSSP) organization within our McKesson Medical-Surgical (MMS) products business segment is looking to hire a Lead Conversion Program Manager! This role will be responsible for overseeing product conversion initiatives, ensuring that product and customer transitions are executed smoothly and efficiently.  We’re looking for someone with a strong process mindset who can not only identify product conversions that are beneficial for McKesson and its customers, but also influence decisions and drive the complex processes behind ultimately getting our products to our customers. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple departments, and the ability to manage complex projects and drive toward results.

Our candidate must reside in the Richmond, VA to support a hybrid work scenario.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define program objectives, scope, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure all departments are aligned and working towards common goals

  • Work closely with Sales teams to ensure they are well-informed, enabling them with training materials and support resources, and gather feedback to identify potential challenges

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of multiple product conversion projects simultaneously. Identify risks and proactively address potential issues

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and outcomes

  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction

Key Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

  • Degree or equivalent and 10+ years of relevant experience (less years required if candidate possesses relevant Master’s or Doctorate degree)

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects

  • Relentless passion for achieving outstanding results.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software

  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus

  • Experience in change management methodologies

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$124,500 - $207,500
