Our Treasury Manager is responsible for reporting the daily cash position for the corporation and initiation of outgoing wire transfers through utilization of bank balance and transaction reports. The Treasury Manager provides monthly cash forecast projection noting significant corporate activities impacting funding decisions, as well as balancing the daily corporate funding accounts. The Treasury Manager is responsible for various cash management activities impacting daily funding decisions, reconciliation of corporate accounts, initiation of General Ledger banking transactions and bank account management to meet the cash requirements of SCRI’s operations by collecting and disbursing funds in a secure, efficient and cost-effective manner.
This position is a hybrid role located at our Corporate HQ in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
- Compiling and distributing the daily cash projection summary for Corporate Treasury.
- Reconciling corporate funding accounts and daily cash position.
- Preparing and executing wire transfers for the corporation, ensuring compliance with SCRI’s Corporate Disbursement Policy and obtaining the necessary approvals for transaction.
- Oversight of cash posting and unapplied cash reconciliation activities.
- Reconcile and balance all cash transactions for the business activity of the previous day
- Prepare G/L journal entries for monthly business activity
Qualifications needed:
- Bachelor Degree highly preferred, however experience may be substituted for education
- 3+ years’ professional work experience in a treasury management or finance / accounting role
- Advanced capabilities and experience with all Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel
- Advanced capabilities and experience with accounting software applications
- Work experience in a healthcare or clinical environment preferred, not required
- Certified Treasury Professional preferred, not required
