This is a hybrid position based in Nashville, TN at our corporate HQ.
Your duties include and are not limited to:
- You will provide administrative support including typing, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing and filing documents
- You will answer inquiries or refer callers/visitors to appropriate individuals. Follow up as needed or required to ensure task is complete
- You maintain constant contact/communication with higher level management, executives, Sarah Cannon colleagues, and outside contacts to ensure processes are followed, maintained, and follow up as needed to see project to completion
- You maintain timesheets and expense reports
- You will make travel arrangements
- You ensure adequacy of office supplies and equipment
- You schedule and coordinates meetings, appointments and calendars for directors
- You compile reports from data and existing records
Qualifications
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma (GED)
- Preferred: Associate Degree (2 year program) or higher
- Minimum Required:
- Administrative experience or skills
- Preferred:
- 3 years of secretarial experience or equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare organization
