Program Overview
McKesson’s Intern program is 10-12 weeks long, and is designed to provide:
- A real-life working environment
- A solid foundation of experience and hopeful offer of full-time employment
- A cohort experience with other interns
- Consistent senior leadership exposure and learning experiences
We are looking for candidates who have:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Market Growth Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the sales and marketing functions of a dynamic organization. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, develop essential skills, and contribute to various projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and new market opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of lead generation strategies.
Customer Data Management:
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and current information.
- Assist in data analysis to identify patterns and insights for targeted marketing efforts.
Sales & Marketing Materials
- Develop engaging content for sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Create compelling social media posts and digital content to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
Event Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and sales events, such as webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
- Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support during events.
Job Shadowing and Training:
- Participate in job shadowing opportunities to gain a deeper understanding of various roles within the sales and marketing team.
- Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and marketing practices.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
