The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for performing a broad range of site activities to proactively meet the business’ needs. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with Distribution Center leaders to provide support including (but not limited to) employee onboarding, training, policies and procedures adherence, project management and various administrative functions. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will support the broader McKesson-wide implementation of various programs developed including, employee engagement activities, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Typical Experience:

  • 3+ years equivalent experience.
  • Works with limited autonomy and under moderate direction. Routine work requires no direction.
  • Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LM Reports (Daily and Period to Date)
  • Update Employee status (add new hire's status to LM- active/inactive)
  • IT Adjustments (Daily Delay Logs)
  • DPMO Reports (Daily)
  • Over/Short Report (Daily)
  • DPMO observations for associates not meeting DPMO standards (Daily/Weekly)
  • Conduct all Monthly and Annually group training
  • Upload all training rosters for Nightshift associates
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation
  • Assist Trainer with new hires training when needed
  • Stretch Cards (Monthly)
  • Back up for Computer Room tasks
  • Send emails to LM engineer (add new hires to LM)
  • Assist Supervisors with New Hires Ramp up paperwork
  • Upload New Hire's NESO Checklist into Safety Portal after completion

Education/Training:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required - 4 Year Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to become proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to become proficient at McKesson Operations Systems (i.e. SAP, Labor Management, Ariba, Accumax, Workday, etc.)

Business Experience:

  • Solid knowledge of enterprise and local policies, practices, and systems.
  • Facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management.
  • Ability to work overtime and flexible hours.
  • Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude
  • Must have the ability to analyze a problem and develop a course of action.
  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity.

Working Conditions:

Will work in all areas of the business, office and warehouse. Some areas which are temperature controlled. Some exposure to bio-hazardous materials possible.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to perform order filling requirements if emergency exists.
  • Able to stay on feet for long period of time, 8-10 hours daily.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$19.79 - $32.99
